1. How do I return something to you ? – With Letspak.com, returns are hassle-free. Within 7 days of receiving your package, you may return any unopened, non-personalized item in its original packaging for a full refund (minus courier/shipping fees).

2. How the refunds works? – Refunds that have been approved are added to the original payment method(s) within 7–10 working days of the order being placed.
